Just received your Cellect bill? In this article we'll show you the different options available for paying your bill.
Upon signing up to your Cellect account, you were prompted to add a credit/debit card. This card is used on each billing month to charge for the bill. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Note: Payments made via credit, debit or charge cards will incur a 0.385% (incl. GST). This fee will appear on your next bill, after your current bill is paid.
Payments can take up to 2 business days to appear in your account.
Any credits or vouchers may not appear on the current month or your first bill. Any credits applied will appear on the next bill.
If you need to update your credit/debit card on the account, call us during business hours on 1300 235 532 and we'll happily update the card for you.
