COVID-19 Update

The health, safety and security of our customers and employees are of utmost importance.

With the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, we are taking all necessary steps to ensure we aide prevention of the virus. We have learned from the American government and Australian Health Officials who have clearly stated that the likelihood of the COVID-19 virus contaminating cardboard or other shipping containers is low.

All Cellect devices are thoroughly cleaned with sanitising chemicals, including careful brush cleaning in all device ports. All major shipping carriers remain open, and will continue to pick up and ship packages.

Most carriers are no longer allowing signatures upon delivery and may take a photograph as proof of your delivery.

We ask that you please be patient and contact us on 1300 235 532 if you have any questions. Shipping delays may occur depending on the region of the delivery address.

We are asking all of our customers to be patient as delays are a possibility. Expedited shipping options will remain available to all customers if needed.
